Every order follows the same five steps, so you know what you will get and when.
Read the requirement
We check the specification, quantity, delivery date and the clauses in your solicitation.
Source the item
We price it through established U.S. distributors and manufacturer-authorized channels.
Screen for compliance
Country of origin, TAA or Buy American status and Section 889 are checked before we quote.
Send a firm quote
One price per line, with lead time, origin and warranty stated on the quote.
Deliver and invoice
Shipped direct to your site with tracking. We invoice against your purchase order.
Compliance
The rules are part of the product.
Federal, state and grant-funded purchases carry different requirements. We read the clauses in your solicitation and source to them.
Trade Agreements & Buy American
Country of origin is identified on every quote, with TAA-compliant or domestic products offered when the solicitation requires them.
Section 889
Video, telecom and networking products are screened against covered manufacturers before they are quoted.
Authorized channels only
New, genuine products through authorized distribution. No gray-market, refurbished or broker-sourced items unless you ask for them.
