Do you handle small orders?
Yes. Micro-purchases and single-line orders are welcome, paid by purchase card or PO.
How fast will I get a quote?
We reply with a written quote, usually within one business day. Messages received outside business hours are answered in the next business-hours window.
Will the quote show country of origin and lead time?
Yes. Every quote states one price per line, with lead time, origin and warranty.
Can you source an item that isn’t listed?
Usually. We are a reseller, not a manufacturer. Send the part number, brand or specification and we will source to it.
Where do you deliver?
Shipped direct to your site with tracking, anywhere in the United States.
Have an RFQ or an item list?
Send it over. We reply with a written quote, usually within one business day.
